Turbine / Lubricating Oil Filtration Plant

Turbine / Lubricating Oil Filtration Plant

The Turbine / Lubricating Oil Purification System is designed to efficiently remove water, sludge, and solid contaminants from turbine and industrial lubricating oils. The system operates on a combination of centrifugation and low vacuum dehydration technology, ensuring effective oil cleaning without affecting its properties.

Lubricating oil typically does not wear out but gradually loses its performance due to contamination from dirt, sludge, metal particles, and moisture. This system continuously processes the oil by drawing it from the tank, purifying it, and returning clean oil back to the same system. The centrifugal separation removes free water and heavy contaminants, while the dehydration system reduces moisture content up to ≤ 50 PPM, restoring oil quality and extending equipment life.

The plant is available in capacities ranging from 500 LPH to 10,000 LPH, and can be supplied in both stationary (skid-mounted) and mobile configurations, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Oil Contamination Example

Water contamination in oil forms emulsions that reduce insulation strength and cause equipment damage. Oil regeneration prevents formation of such harmful emulsions.
