On-Line Drying Out System

It is mounted with the transformer and continuously draws oil from the tank, removes moisture through an adsorbent medium, and returns dry oil to the top of the transformer.

The On-Line Drying Out System is designed to remove moisture and contaminants from transformer insulating oil while the transformer remains in operation. The system circulates oil through specialized adsorption media and filtration units to eliminate moisture and impurities without interrupting power supply.

By maintaining dryness in both oil and insulation, it improves dielectric strength, slows insulation ageing, reduces sludge formation, and extends transformer service life without affecting DGA results.
